About Artist
Eiman Adeil is a published, award-winning, self-taught surrealism artist. She is also a medical doctor by training, wife, and mom. Eiman is Sudanese American, based in Atlanta Georgia. Her work is influenced by the surrealism pioneers, the pop surrealism movement, and fictional novelty. Her body of work includes acrylic paintings, clay sculptures, 3D resin paintings, and mixed media creations.
Despite the middle eastern tendency in her style, Eiman's work reflects an unusual mixture of multiple cultures within the same piece triggering the sense of unity and relatability among viewers. In addition, Eiman's artwork has often been described as therapeutical, where the artist may address an issue or display a subject in warm, child-like, imaginary scenes with thought-provoking elements and unique choices of bold colors tastefully placed, creating a healing experience for the viewer, even with a negative subject matter being displayed.
Eiman's artwork has been exhibited locally, across the States, and internationally, with multiple publications in art books and magazines.
